May 28th, 2016Paired this with boneless/skinless chicken thighs sautéed with olive oil, butter, garlic, thyme, fresh lemon juice, Pigmentum wine & topped with prosciutto & smoked fontina cheese. Side dish was spaghetti warmed up with the same sauce reduced with this wine and arugula & fresh pesto...steamed carrots with touch of olive oil & butter.
