Light straw color. Crisp. Lemon and Macintosh apple. Some acidity. Prosecco-like on the finish. Method charmat but can't taste the shortcuts. My first Slovenian bubbles and it's a huge value at this price. Exciting.

Super dry style here from an unexpected region. This is a showcase that there are values to be found from places that you wouldn't expect! Lemon, herbs, slate on the nose with a mild acidity on the palate with a refreshing finish. Goes great with simple baked or fried foods.
