I enjoy Hall's take on the varietal. A subtle smokiness on the nose with an almost Chardonnay-like body and mouthfeel has me guessing it was touched by oak. A dryer Sauvignon Blanc than what you typically see, but still the unmistakable fruit flavors like apple and pear.
