Off dry but lots of acid, which I prefer in a white wine. This is about as dry an Edelzwicker as you are likely to taste. Mineral and lactic finish. Good fruit here but not a fruit forward wine. This one is about acid, fruitiness and that savory finish. This is probably Pinot Blanc but the internet is notably silent about this wine in any vintage.
