Our family name...Paradis...honored by the Hennessey Cognac winery company! Evidently, one of our ancestors was a valued employee and this one was named for him. There are a limited # of casks saved each year to be aged for this Special Cognac!
This bottle was purchased circa 1983...not opened until 2013. It was. at least 75 years old!
