Not sure when degorged but superb bubbles and that old-school Giraud FdC nose that’s been lost in recent years and their cuvee insanity. Wish I had more of this, last bottle and pretty rare retail-wise now.

My favourite NV 100% Pinot Noir champagne 😍 this £70+ NV is a 2-3 yrs old now adding to its complexity 👍 it's superb

👄 Lively med+ bodied burnt caramelised & honeyed mousse of apple, pear & buttery sweet vanilla orange & peach
🎯 Long creamy burnt caramel honey apple, sweet pear & citrus sticky linger
