Bonkers showing. So ethereal and pretty with gossamer like strawberry and cranberry. Palate has a delicate Lacey like texture and lovely sweet fruit and elegant beautiful tannins. Rocking bottle. So ethereal and just like a red Riesling. A bottle to slam by yourself in 45 minutes.

Day 2 Notes - lovely nose of spice, herbaceousness, red cherries, deep red cherries, really aromatic and impactful. Also a bit of funk. Palate is elegant with very sweet ripe fruit and wonderful texture. Extraordinary balance and freshness yet also shows an opulent side. Brilliant.

At first uninspiring. A rare wine - 600 bottles made. Lavender and rhubarb. Smokey. Lacks depth. I rated this before. It's a nice summer wine at this point. Might need more time after a week open and under Argon it turned a corner. Raspberry. This might turn out well in years to come but today difficult.

Nose has a lovely earthiness. 90 minutes in - laser cherries and cherry flower. Wow.
Palate is early season cherry and cranberry. Internal aromatics are what make this great. So elegant. Cherry flower. Cranberry flower. Really gorgeous. Still so fresh. Elite level palate vibrancy.
I should be drinking this with some important wine person but life is short. Plus my wife is here who birthed and raised 3 great kids so she gets the nod.

Yes schwierig aka tough. Chalky and acidic tart cranberries. A disappointment i do not believe this will gain complexity - tried 2 bottles! Drink up.
