We probably held onto this bottle a little too long. While it’s certainly not turned or anything, it seems a little over the hill. There’s a cooked/jammy red fruit character along with some pepper. No tannins to speak of. Would be nice to compare it against a more recent vintage.

I feel like this Cab Franc is slept on compared to their white wines. Recommended to us by a sommelier at Colicchio & Sons a while back and I keep seeking it out for the dark berry and tobacco flavors.

Softer expression of CabFranc.
Soft fruit, a touch less savory than most recent CabFrancs I've tasted...but still with characteristic varietal traits ....wonderful winery.
Will drink more very soon...
