Happy to be the first to post this. Delectable classified as a Rosé, but the HY boys say it was made as a white wine and presents as a Rosé.” Pic doesn’t capture the color. Beautiful nose, but finish a bit rough on opening. A few hours of air smoothed this out nicely. Wonderful on days 2 and 4. Part of the burgeoning SoCal wine scene. Keep an eye on these guys. Beautiful labels, better wines, terrific folks. 12.49% ABV. The NEW new California. Great things ahead!
