Highwayman
Reserve Proprietary Sonoma County Red Blend
The Highwayman, as the label indicates, is both outlaw and folk hero. What's not mentioned on the label is the Highwayman's addiction to new American oak. He's surprisingly well behaved and could even be fun to have at a party, but know that he's sneaking into a back room and freebasing new American oak.

Apr 2nd, 2016Very nice. Full bodied and spicy but with an easy finish. Definitely has to open up for about 30 minutes. Worth waiting for. I will be going back for more.

Jul 18th, 2015A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Petite Sirah. A dense core , firm yet inviting tannins with a velvety soft finish, leaving an elegant impression.

Apr 25th, 2015I first had this wine not but a few hours after my wife and I got married, and it turned out to be a fabulous wine to celebrate with. Deep and complex, this blend is among my top go-to California blends. Highly recommended.
