First wine of the Charlotte Hirsch dinner. Maybe the most powerful, concentrated Hirsch wine I've ever had, even after a 3.5 hour double decanting. Fabulous, but still a tiny bit disjointed at this age. I can't wait to have this wine again in another 5 or 6 years. I think it'll be stunning.
