Wow. Just fantastic. Strawberry’s, licorice, and so clean. Paired with a mahi filet coated in a Honey Lime Siracha Cream Sauce over Angel Hair, and accompanied by a spinach salad w/ strawberry, goat cheese, & praline pecans. Just superb

Medium garnet in the glass... rose petal, pie cherry and light toast notes. Smooth as silk; oak is noticeable but not defining the wine. Sweet strawberry notes on the finish with a touch of bramble/stem before. Not a powerhouse, but pretty and elegant.
