Elegant and refined. Raspberry and pomegranate fruit with mushroomy undertones. Silky texture and well integrated acidity and plenty of life left in the bottle. Really pretty wine with depth and great lift. 2009 vintage.

this 2009 is the richest Hirsch I've ever sipped.

09's are singing! Secondary notes are coming through strong, and this wine is shining like never before.

Really beginning to open up. Super yum.
