House of Cards produce some fantastic Margaret River tipples and 'The Joker' Sauv has long been a favourite. You'll find it at the cellar door or wine festivals like UnWined for around $20 a bottle.
It's a pale sandy coloured yellow on the eye with crystal clear clarity. On the nose I pick up whiffs of capsicum, fresh herbs, passionfruit, melon and citrus. The palate is lovely and juicy with flavours of passionfruit, pineapple and candied lemon. To me this wine screams out to be matched with a seafood paella - yum!
