Very delicately structured, elegant snap to it's acidity, gorgeous red cranberry and cherry fruits, earthy aromas, savoury notes on the finish. Very good and easy to enjoy.
12.7% ABV.

One of the few Cali Cab Francs that balances the new & old world perfectly. Fruity with signature pyrazine as well.

This is I Brand and Family Cabernet Franc 2015 from Bayly Ranch Paicines California. At 12.7% it is dang good! A great wine to sit back and relax in the evening with. (That grammar would absolutely make my English teacher in high school flip out!) Nevertheless, I would rather have a good pinot. I guess Im still searching for that good cab franc! There is black pepper but no spice. It is very light on the palate and has a mild dryness on the finish. I probably will not buy this again, but in a restaurant as a house cab franc - if there was such a thing - I would buy it. However, if I owned the restaurant, forget about it!
