Tons of tannins, pleasant fruit/spice nose, a bit thin but with Italian (sans pizza) it could be a hit.

Surprisingly soft and mellow with a slight blackberry flavor that complemented without overpowering a spicy savory dinner.

Here's a hearty pair of grapes that feature robust tannins that linger in your mouth. Dark fruit and spicy nose, a bit sweet and syrupy but much spicier than I remember from my first bottle several months ago. Pairs excellently with homemade cheese pizza with simple black pepper and parsley toppings.

Feels thin in the mouth but hits the back of the palette with some nice berry flavors. Pairs nicely to cool off some hot wasabi flavors!

Good wine for the price. It does pair well Yes indeed this Italian red pairs well with pizza - fruit forward and a bit syrupy. It could use more acidity for balance. Moderate tannins on a fast finish. Nice jammy nose that promises more than the taste delivers.

Very smooth, pleasantly surprised by how good it is...would definitely buy this. Good all by itself...beautiful evening in north Dakota.
