Taking Furmint to a whole new level. After a slight impression of heat on the nose, it quickly gain freshness contrasted by intense ripe fruit. Ripe peach, mango, yellow flowers and hints of vanilla combined to create a full throtal yet admittedly enjoyable bouquet. Then on the palate, the ripeness dropped away as a mix of young mango, spice and saturating citrus tones were ushered in by rich yet balanced textures. The finish was long and spicy with lingering tart tropical tones.

May 25th, 2017Intense mandarine, peach and pear fruit on the nose with sage, juniper and fennel spice. Rich and slightly oily on the palate, mandarine and sour tangelo fruit too. Good length and intensity. A surprising and delicious treat, and well worth spending the extra few quid for something surprising and special.
