I love this wine . Tasting 3 vintages at the same time the 2015 came up trumps . Maybe the others need a bit more time . Such acidity , fresh , long . Perfect balance even with 14% alcohol . Beautiful wines

A perfected Txacoli from Spanish Basque Country eady to compete with good world whites. Bravo.

Summa-time. Not fizzy like the usual Txakali, but richer, gold color. Nice upgrade from the standard variety.

A little more serious version of Txakoli. No spritz, more intensity while still being light. Worked well with the food.

Acidity.....

Unlike any other txakoli I've had. Barely effervescent. The riesling makes it three dimensional, richer and more complex - with the same stoney-salty seaside effect still there in the finish.

Perfect for a complete lunch of sea!!
