Coravin'd the first 40% of the bottle and came back two days late for the remainder. Initially typical Paulliac nose of graphite, clay and a very pleasant palate. Serious value for money. (Second pass wasn't as favourable perhaps due to the Coravin process being compromised due to running out of Argon in the initial capsule)
