Needs a bit of air to open up but when it does this smells like the colour purple, purple silk. Yep, that's what I said. There's also fresh out the oven blueberry muffin with a dusting of icing sugar. I'm pretty sure there's some toasted hot-cross bun action going on in there somewhere. Perfumed, purple fruit, very attractive. Bit more straightforward taste wise with tight knit tannins and a sold, fresh blackcurrant & plum finish

Savoury spice, awesome nose with pepper and violets. Light body for a cab franc. Could drink a lot! 100% whole bunch, carbonic maceration.

Jamsheed Harem is one of them minimal intervention wines. You probably need a beard to really appreciate it. This Cabernet Franc is light bodied but full of funky assertive flavour. Imagine a nineteenth century farmhouse in Provence. This is what they would have been drinking before a post lunch game of Kick the Peasant.
