Jansz Wine Company
Premium Cuvée Tasmania White Blend
Very unique and interesting expression of Tasmania. Baked apple, Caramel, Pear, Slight dough/brioche. Perhaps lacks acidity and structure.

Jul 1st, 2017Bubbles a little large to my taste, but yeasty, nutty aromas and soft finish.

Mar 23rd, 2017First tasted this #NewYearsEve #wine at an Aussie wine seminar at the SWE Conference. Loved it then... Without palate fatigue, love it now!
This Tasmanoise Sparkler is clear to pale gold. The bubble are hyperactive. The mouthfeel is clean and dry white cherry up front with a finishing yellow apple. The finish sinks and and the flavor lingers nicely. The bubbles are a bit aggressive overall.
A great change up from Champagne. I think it's great for the price. Opened 12/31/15
