Aug 5th, 2016Great nose of fresh cut dried cedar. Nice tastes of blueberries, plums, dates and figs. Elegant finish with lingering fruit and licorice flavors backed by some oak notes. We did not decant this bottle but it is quickly evolving nicely as we drink it.
