Divine! Crisp, refreshing and just right for summer. Lots of citrus, a little pear (or peach?), and some mineral to keep it from being too sweet.

So so pretty- all the grace of Sancerre but with a Touraine accent and price tag. Drink with roast fish and cornbread.
