L'arpent des Vaudons Sauvignon Blanc

#wine is so good in so many different ways. But, it does finish with a green edge that might turn a head.

Bones are good, but unfortunately oxidized. As wine was not made in an oxidative style, I suspect poor storage. Quite the letdown.

Fresh, green, peppery, very tame fruit and high acidity to give this lean wine it's backbone.

Zingy acidity and stone fruit. Really nice.

Really nice at many prices. Crisp and clean if maybe a tad young on the finish.
