"...decant for 1 hour and serve at 50-55 degrees" - Ian Cauble. If you give this wine plenty of air you will not be disappointed. Enjoyed over two days and the second night I wished I had a second bottle. Wonderful minerality. Tropical flavors.

Really nice Sancerre. A little tart (in a good way) at the front end, but smoother finish than new world SB's. No "cats pee" (yay!). Went really well with the grilled shrimp appy's.
