That's a fun Bourgogne côte de beaune ! Vanilla, a toasty thing, cherry and hay. The palate is made of a huge acid drive, a persistent vanilla note, a bright cherry push all over the place. A good width, a nice a'd soft mouthfeel with caressing tannins in mid palate, a long finish with fruit, vanilla and a slightly drying tannic effect. This is textbook classic lovely burgundy Pinot and it's so good!
