Opened this a few days ago and it was still tannic and tight even after 10 years. But now it's softer with plummy raspberry dark fruits. A total pleasure to drink. But it could only get better 😄

Exquisite. Definitely more fruit forward than a burgundy from Drouhin, but it is delicate and floats over the palette where it lingers for several minutes. Farm funk with notes of cherry emanate from the bouquet. Pairing with a Filipino dish called Chicken Adobo.
