Laforêt Bourgogne Pinot Noir
Very soft and fruity generic burgundy. Tannic with the first sip, but going lighter with the second. Red berries and a small notes of mushrooms and fur, some pepper too.

Dec 1st, 2018Smooth slightly fruity but not sweet. Light and rather refreshing for a red. The black currants stand out especially. Great wine with any roasted, highly seasoned meat.
