One of the few new small distilleries worth a damn. Spicy, obviously, with intense and saturated tropical/peachy fruit. Sweet but not unbalanced thanks to a slightly viscous body to handle all the flavor. Leathery and dusty flavors round out the finish. Exceptional stuff, and a lot of fun to drink.
