Dry, tart and a SLIGHT buttery smooth finish. If this were a blind taste test I’d say this was a Pinot Grigio with 99% confidence. Still very good, and my first South African wine.

Buttery and refreshing, very nice with light pasta dishes. Sweet but dry nice by itself too
