Color of burgundy, quite clear with copper tone on the rim. Nose is beautiful with nice aldehyde, dried strawberry, crayon, dressed with some oak and spice note, prune, and warmth from alcohol. The nose is definitely high end. Taste follows the nose, with addition of grapefruit zest, drier than I expected. 2nd sip shows more vanilla, refined acidity and simply tasty. Aftertaste is long and clean with backbone of warm alcohol. Nice one.

Aug 6th, 2021Very soft, delicate. Smooth notes of smoked plum, dark cherry, & raspberry. Very subtle aroma & flavor, but super silky and easy to drink. Lightly grippy finish.
