Vintner's Reserve Summation Red Blend

Great red blend. Not overly complex but still interesting. Great table wine. Smooth medium finish. It's true what they say, great the 2nd day.

Well constructed, medium body, Cherry on the nose. Smooth raspberries & cherries on the palate, mild tobacco finish - no oak. Developed some mild tangy - pomegranate notes w/ decanting (2 hours). Paired nicely w/ breaded deer steaks & mushroom - black truffle sauce over quinoa . (2010)

Balanced wine that doesn't need too much time to open. Not really complex but good for parties
