Willamette Valley Grown Pinot Noir

Lot of tar, ash, fruit not discernable. High tannins, hits mid tongue.

Bought this wine to pair with some cheeses my partner and I wanted to try! It pairs beautifully with aged cheeses, I personally liked it with an espresso cheese. It has a savory, complex flavor for a Pinot, I wouldn’t drink it on its own.

Medium bodied dry pleasant but slightly tasteless

Really light bodied with a hard snap on the back end, dries out palette. Good for mulled wine.

Color of light ruby with cranberry tone. Nose of milky vanilla, cranberry and raspberry, and sweet ripe currants. Taste follows the nose but leans on the sweet milky vanilla side, some more zest and cranberry note, and a bit tinkering bittersweet. Aftertaste shows some warmth. Clean and easy to drink. On par.
