Acidity, and then some.

Wish I had more of the ‘10. Still going strong.

Single vineyard Brut with Essencia dosage. On the sweeter end of Brut, mouthwatering acidity. Affordable, too.

Fantastic. Bit of yeast that we love

Bright acidity, rich oxidative texture. High level of complex flavors and aromas including, bruised yellow Apple nectarine and autolytic characteristics. Very expressive. Loved it!

A solid wine. Much tension within. Wish it had a touch more vibrancy and energy.

Cranberrys and lemon peel. Tons of acid, incredible length. This stuff is fabulous.

I didn't known you could make a furmint do that. Delightful surprise.
