Gypsum, a cuvee of 44 percent Cincaut, 44 percent Aglianico, and 12 percent tempranillo....and 100 percent enjoyable with chicken soup on a colder evening. Wildflower and red berry nose with a hint of tobacco, bell pepper, and youthful raspberry front with herbal middle and acidic drunken earthy red berry finish. One of the few Texas producers who knows how to make solid wines from TX grapes.
