I think I’m more surprised I didn’t give this a 9.4 as opposed to me giving this a 9.3! Absolutely shocked at this. This is one of the best rosés I’ve had to date. Not just “best I’ve had to date from TX”, no, this is one of the best rosés I’ve had period.

This reminds me of Paper Planes Rosé (which is a top 3 for me), but instead of the strawberry notes, this is more nectarine and peach. The acidity is almost identical. For me, rosés with higher acidity are my favorite and this knocks it out of the park. Very nectarine focused on the nose with some white peach and herb toward the back. The palate almost goes to a cantaloupe note (more round) but reigns it in towards the back and adds more nectarine alongside kiwi. Can’t get over how complex this is. Very happy to have some of this on the way and probably ordered too little. Thanks for the intro
