Such a unique take on a Pinot noir. I think this is a perfect expression of what you can get from a Saanich Pinot noir as typically you wouldn’t be able to develop full ripeness for a red. Well done, drinks like a southern Rhone (Viognier, finishes like a rousanne) and has subtle nods to a champagne.
