A little reticent on the nose until it warmed up. Some honeydew , vanilla and pineapple aromas. A moment of trepidation as the weight of the wine leans on my palate but that evaporated quickly as this full body wine spreads across my mouth as if it was a slip and slide. A great cocktail of tropical fruit and minerals riding a deftly handled oak surfboard. Handled our tapas with ease .

Okay so I remember the first time and the last time I tasted this wine when I worked at Tinto Fino 5 years ago in NYC. I had less experience then but it is just as epic as I remember it. Amazing texture beautiful balance. Just a stunner. #remelluriblanco #rioja #remelluri
