Scarlet tawny, mostly translucent. Great nose. Notes of briary red fruit, strawberries and raspberries, rhubarb, bing cherries, some menthol and some allspice. Big impactful story when this hits the mouth. Rich, fruit forward and chewy. Massive core of fruit inside. Really good tonight. Everyone likes this more than the Dujac and Arnoux, including me.

solid Volnay with silky texture, still fruit-forward and no tertiary notes. Needs time though no sin to open.
