Certainly not one of the most notable villages but this rules. So balanced and precise. Sage, strawberries, sour cherry, bruised plum, fennel musk and rhubarb aromas. Palate was a lot darker in fruits with a very lengthy finish

Jul 22nd, 2016On the earthier side - mushroom, dry aged beef, black licorice, red fruit - dried strawberry... Nice acid, Med(+) on the tannins and med(-) ABV - 13%. Give me a braised shank. Needs it to match the oak.
