This has aged gracefully. Cotton, lemon, hay. Fresh, chalky and long. No oxidation whatsoever. Just a lovely, surprisingly fresh white, that combined excellent with cod fish in bacon, caramelized leek, egg yolk, feta and roasted cashew nuts.

Yeasty, oily, oxidative tones, citrus comes pinching through, strikes me as a bit messy right now. If I am to believe what other people say this will need a few years to settle down and come together.
