Fochette

A delicate one here... This one for me has a strawberry and rhubarb pie nose... And that for me also includes the crust... On the palate, it's a little less convincing... While the strawberry notes are still there, the rhubarb feels more green than stewed... It's the acidity to blame here... I think that will make it a nice pairing for a great many dishes though... I guess it's like a rose, but with more color, depth, fizz(?), and intensity... This one has an interesting profile I haven't experienced before...
