2012 - From the steep slopes of Brognoligo, in Monteforte d'Alpone, near Soave, Battistelle (former Sacripante) is a Cru based on volcanic soils. Dry softness, good acidity, sapid, and a very, very long finish. Awesome wine.

Pale lemon moderate plus nose cheesy passion fruit pine some weight. A little heavy handed

essence of apples, palatte: apple cider

Pineapple, lemon zest, golden pear, spices with fabulous acidity. Yay!

スッキリな白ワインな訳でもなく、過度な果実味や酸があるわけではないが、旨みのあるワイン。若干苦味を感じるがいいアクセントになってるかも。
