Lovely surprise here. Snappy acid, loads of extract, very textural and linear. Love the searing acid profile this has. Bergamot, a slight petrol note, crisp and tart yellow fruit, marzipan, a slight herbaceous hint as well. There’s a fragrant honey note in the background too.

Mmmm! Great Hungarian white! I made chicken paprikash for Christmas Eve in honor of my late grandparents, and this was the perfect complement. It cut through the richness of the dish just like the lemon sour cream I put on top. Made for a beautiful meal. 🎄✨
