I'm rather in love with this wine. Juicy and jewel-like and so so pretty in the glass. Like a big shiny bowl of sweet/tart cherries. Fifi told me all about it at the shop - there's a love story involved and ties to Pfifferling and of course details of the grapes involved (grenache??) and production methods (carbonic??) and all sorts of facts. But I wasn't paying attention. I was too busy falling in love.

Amazing rosato thats full of flavor and lightness, gammy, plummy, hoisin sauce, pork, salad, whatever you want to pair this will elevate your meal by it's affable nature.
