I bought this cheap wine in order to cook with it. As you know, I wouldn't be caught dead drinking sub $1,000 bottles , without a good reason. Surprisingly , this is okay! Lots of veggies on the palate, like drinking alcohol mixed with broccoli and spinach. Yummy!
