On fire sale at local Specs. Very very good. Multi-maker project involving some folks whose names you should know if you don't already. This one is from Abe Schoener of Scholium Project. No info on varietals in the blend, but it's really worth trying. Honey and beeswax with a tart bite and worthy finish.
