Jul 10th, 2017Ripe cherry, raspberry and roses galore. A hint of mint and green peppercorns too. Fruit condition is more tart on the palate, and a little black tea bitterness comes into play. Beaujolais/Loire/Chile thing happening here and it's totally working.
