Honeydew, cantaloupe. Little banana runt thing going on. Juicy acidity. Mouth coating

Lip smacking pure minerality with clean citrus finish. Fairs better after 1/2hour out if fridge and in decanter. Excited for scallops, oysters, or light fish.

Perfect with fried green tomatoes and shrimp remoulade at upperline!

Perfect with the outstanding whole redfish at Pesce in New Orleans.
