Attractive raspberries & strawberries in cream with a touch of oyster shell minerality to it.
Plate shows more of the same, decent mid palate weight though finishes a little hot. Liatiko is Crete’s most planned grape, also makes sweet wine but works well judging from this. Better suited to the table.
